Position: Scientist – Process Research & Development
Location: Hyderabad
Desired Profile: M.Sc. (Chemistry) with 2-6 years of experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute experiments to optimize processes and improve yields, isolation, and quality.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects (from mg to kg scale).
- Perform technology transfer from lab scale to kilo/pilot plant scale.
- Interpret intermediate/finished products using IR, NMR, Mass, GC, and HPLC.
- Prepare development reports and technology transfer documents.
Maintain lab notebooks.
- Conduct literature searches and troubleshoot chemistry issues.
- Understand and adhere to safety, health, and environmental systems and processes.
