Antibody Engineering - Scientist
Desired Profile :
M.Sc. (Lifesciences/Biotechnology/similar discipline) with 8-12 years' or PhD in (life sciences/similar discipline) with 2-5 years of active research experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Experience in molecular biology and biochemical skills such as cloning, DNA/RNA/protein/antibody isolation/purification, RT-PCR, Gel electrophoresis and transformation.
Able to conceptualize and design novel vectors across expression systems including bacterial, yeast, mammalian, gene modification techniques.
Experience in mass spectrometry for protein/antibody analysis.
Able to conceptualize, and design experiments, develop assays, optimize protocols, and interpret experimental results.
Generate good quality data consistently and promptly update it in LNB and database.
Understanding of systems and processes pertaining to safety, health and environment.
