Position: Production Officer
Work as a Field Operator in shifts to comply with execution of production process as per requirement by following plant EHS guideline.
Follow the instruction of shift supervisor in the shifts.
Coordinate and execute production in shift with consistent quality as per the target.
Support continuous improvement of plant in coordination with the shift supervisor.
Follow Safety, Health and Environment system of the plant concerning man and equipment.
Follow the norms as per the departmental operating procedures of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 50001 Energy Management System.
Compliance to TDS requirements while performing activities like tanker loading, unloading, labelling, and packing as and when required.
Ensure 5s maintained in the respective area & take field logs as per defined frequency.
Assist the Shift supervisor to ensure that discharge parameters of all the emissions in the plant are within the statutory limits and health and hygiene of the plant personnel is well maintained in the shifts.
Adherence to the PPE usage by self and contract personnel, ensure work permit system is properly followed in the shifts.
Compliance to safety and environmental protection as per BASF Practice.
Ensure the documentation of Responsible care requirement on continual basis.
