Sr. Officer/Executive: API R&D
Qualification - M.Sc. Organic Chemistry
Experience - 4 to 6 Year (Must have experience of API R&D Chemical Synthesis and Process Development)
Job Responsibilities :-
•Literature survey, selection of ROS and expert in process feasibility study.
•Expert in API/ Intermediate process development and its optimization with control strategy and Lab validation experience of at least 3-5 products.
•To develop cost-effective, high quality and environment friendly process considering ICH guidelines.
•API, intermediate and Impurities standards evaluation by spectroscopic data (NMR, C-13, MS, DSC, TGA etc)
•Expertise in handling of hazardous chemicals, metal catalysts (Pd/C, Raney nickel etc) and pressure reaction.
•Should be able to design, finalize, and propose specifications of KSM, Intermediates and finish API as per developed control strategy.
•Exposure for technology transfer at commercial scale and preparation of supporting documents
•Preparation of SOP, Protocol, Report other related documents in line with guidelines.
•Should have troubleshooting ability of plant and Lab scale synthesis, impurity problems.
•Should have exposure of QMS tool like Track wise, EDMS/ELMS, SAP etc
