To achieve its set targets, the Company is looking for result oriented and dynamic professional on contract basis on below positions.
1) General Manager - Human Resources (On Contract) - (MP-268)
Qualification: Incumbent should be a full-time MBA(HR) / MHRM / MSW / MLW other equivalent qualification from reputed Institute/University. Experience: Around 25 years' post qualification experience in the areas of HR of large industrial organization.
Age: Around 50 years as on 31/07/2024
2) Additional General Manager - Marketing Fertilizers Product (On Contract) - (MP-269)
Qualification: Incumbent should be a B.Sc. (Agriculture) / M.Sc. (Agriculture) preferably with MBA from reputed Institute/University.
Experience: Around 20 years of experience in Marketing of Urea / Complex Fertilizers of large industrial organization. Incumbent should be well conversant with FICC Issues, Fertilizer Control Order, Fertilizer policy, dealing with DoF etc.
Age: Around 50 years as on 31/07/2024.
