Dept: Formulation Development (Nasal)
Position: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager
Experience: 5-14 yrs
Qualification: M.Pharmacy
Location: Hyderabad
Key Roles:
• Should be well versed with nasal spray product development w.r.t. Regulatory requirements of US, EU, Canada & Australia markets.
• Lab experiments and Device selection.
• Project execution as per QbD based development.
• Fundamental understanding of Analytical instruments, techniques & interpretation of results.
• Worked in CDO/CDMO model
✔Reference product characterization to decide the formulation strategy and to develop Prototype formulation.
✓ Formulation development with respect to QbD based concepts such as QTPP, CQA, CPP, CMA, etc and statistical
design to evaluate and establish the optimization of formulation.
✔Device selection know how process and packaging material characterization to closely match with the reference product performance characteristics.
✔Planning and execution of lab scale trials as per global regulatory guideline requirement of FDA, EMEA, Health Canada & TGA Australia.
✔Preparation and execution of study protocols (In vitro, characterization, development studies etc.), MFC, PDR, scale-up & submission batch manufacturing, overall project management to achieve organizational timelines.
✔Compilation and interpretation of analytical results. (Knowledge of analytical instruments / analysis techniques is required)
