Job Highlights
Excellent knowledge on plant & process safety.
Should lead a team for HAZOP’s study & implementation actions.
Should have sound knowledge on systems like management of change procedure, job safety analysis, work permit system, P & ID management, safety involved in plant start up, cause and effect matrix & incident reporting system
Should have knowledge on hazard area classifications, explosion protection document, chemical compatibility matrix & contents covered in MSDS etc.
Should have knowledge on different methodologies for root cause analysis.
Must ensure 100 % compliance with respect to compliance check, EHS, RC & other necessary audits.
Preparation of safety dashboard, HSE training calendar & reporting of KPI data to HSE management team.
Conduct monthly HSE meetings, training & refresher training to plant team, schedule internal audits & plant safety inspections.
Knowledgeable of process improvement, energy reduction, cost saving initiatives, plant modifications & projects.
Support on mock drill activities & tabletop exercise.
Know how on ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & related documentation.
Requirements
B. E / B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from reputed institute.
7 to 10 years of experience in chemical / petrochemical industries.
Good communication, presentation & analytical skills.
