Requirements:
B E or B Tech in Chemical Engineering
6-9 years of experience in chemical industries
Good Communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of SAP added advantage
Job Highlights
Meeting shift targets and handling day to day production activities with due consideration to safety
Effective supervision of shift personnel and detailed shift reporting
Man-Machine management & decision making in his area during the shifts
Follow up for maintenance jobs in shifts.
Efficient utilization of energies, its monitoring.
Ensure assets utilization at its fullest capacity and monitoring cycle times.
Ideas for process improvements and cost savings proposals.
Participation in implementing various Managements systems like ISO, meeting compliance audits (internal / external as applicable/cross functional) etc.
Aware about HAZOP study, JSA, Risk assessment & must be acquainted with P & ID’s.
Managing documents like SOP & formats, work instructions etc.
Handle emergency situations & inform the superiors for any deviation, act as an incident controller in absence of SMC - Site Main Controller.
Preferred high pressure reaction experience.
