Plant Process Engineer Process Control Engineer DCS Engineer

1) DCS Engineer

•Process engineering and production activities

•Plant startup/shutdown

•Time controls, Interlocks, Alarm usage,

•Knowledge of Semi-automated and Continuous process monitoring and Troubleshooting

•Knowledge of DCS operation, troubleshooting and programming is desirable

2) Plant Process Engineer & Process Control Engineer

•Perform detailed mass / energy balance, monitor process parameters, understand deviations & provide solutions

•Work with R&D, Process Technology & Scaleup processes from lab to commercial

•Risk assessment and other safety aspects

•Experience in batch manufacturing & knowledge of DCS programming is an added advantage

•Focus on continuous improvement

Qualification : B.E. /B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering with 4-7 years of experience

Candidates from API Pharma / Agrochemical / Petrochemical / Chemical industries are preferred
