Anthea Pharma Located in Pashamylaram (Hyderabad) is an upcoming green field sterile manufacturing facility. Currently, Anthea Pharma as part of expansion is looking for highly motivated and aspirational candidates to support the QA Validations Activity (VIZ: Autoclave Qualification/Dry Heat Tunnel Qualification/Media Fills / CIP and SIP of Manufacturing Vessels/Facility Qualification/Lyophiliser/Smoke Studies).

1) Section : Quality Control Method Validation

Position: Executive/Sr.Executive

Qualification: Msc. (Organic, Inorganic Analytical)

Experience: 02 to 05 Years

Job description:

Having experience in Injectable-Analytical method validations of Assay and Related Substances of Finished Produces - Solid orals and injectables ( injectables preferred but we will evaluate both)

Analytical method validation/verification of Assay, Related Substances and Residual Solvents-API and Excipients

Analytical method transfers for API and finished products

Forced Degradation and Photostability study

Stability sample analysis of Raw materials and Finished products in quality control lab

Wet chemistry analysis like LOD, Water content, Osmolality, IR

Instrument Knowledge: Must: UV Spectrophotometer, KF- Autotitrator, HPLC-UV/PDA/Ri detector, Micro balance

Preferred: Gas Chromatograph,

LIR or incident investigations

Good documentation practices

2) Section: Quality Control-Method Validation

Position: Trainee

Qualification: Msc (Organic, Inorganic Analytical

Experience: Freshers

Job Description :

Good analytical evaluation.

Logical thinking

Good understanding of Pharmaceutical instrumentation principles

Good knowledge on basic analytical chemistry

Good communication skills
