Job Description:
•Lead new product development projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring successful technology transfer from R&D to production.
•Develop and implement pilot plant processes for existing and new products, optimizing yields and reducing costs.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues related to process operations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
•Provide technical services to support production activities, including training on equipment operation, maintenance schedules, and quality control procedures.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records of batch data, inventory management, and material handling.
