Qualification : MBA (Marketing) from a reputed institute
Experience : Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in services marketing, preferably in the CRO/CDMO industry
Work Location : Hyderabad preferred
Skills required
•Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans aligned with Aragen's business objectives, focusing on demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
•Digital Marketing Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in digital marketing and CRM, overseeing email marketing campaigns, social media channels, and other digital marketing initiatives. Also responsible for managing events and conferences and lead generation.
•Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to support business objectives.
•Performance Measurement: Identify key data points and metrics to demonstrate the impact of marketing strategies on business outcomes. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.
