Position: Scientist - Antibody Engineering
M.Sc. (Lifesciences/Biotechnology/similar discipline) with 8-12 years' or PhD in (life sciences/similar discipline) with 2-6 years of active research experience.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Experience in mammalian cell culture set up including stable cell line generation, transfection, titre estimation, ELISA assays, hybridoma technology, cell-based assays for lead/antibody clone selection.
• Design and execute experiments to optimize and enhance antibody/derivatives production using mammalian expression platforms.
• Experience with technologies such as flow cytometer and BLI/SPR.
• Able to conceptualize, and design experiments, develop assays, optimize protocols, and interpret experimental results.
Generate good quality data consistently and promptly update it in LNB and database. • Understanding of systems and processes pertaining to safety, health and environment.
