Job Location: Bengaluru
What you'll do:
Develop and implement machine learning models for target identification, de novo design, virtual screening, ADMET modeling, and hit-to-lead optimization.
Collaborate with medicinal chemists, biologists, and computational scientists to leverage AI/ML in drug discovery.
Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML platform for efficient drug discovery project delivery.
Manage projects, analyze data, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Stay up to date on the latest advancements in AI/ML for drug discovery and contribute to the development of new methodologies.
What you'll bring:
Ph.D. in Computational/Medicinal Chemistry, Bio/Cheminformatics, AI/ML, or a related field with 3-6 years of experience.
Strong background in machine learning (deep learning, CNNs, RNNs) with experience applying it to biological data or drug discovery problems.
Expertise in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with structure-based and ligand-based drug discovery methods.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Passion for AI/ML research and a desire to make a real-world impact
