Officer - In Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) - Medical Device
Required Experience: 1 to 3 year
Required Qualifications: M.Pharm or M.Sc
Applicants without prior experience will not be considered
Role & Responsibilities
•Monitor IPQA activities to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
•Oversee the implementation of cGMP practices on the shop floor.
•Certify line clearance during various processing stages, including machine face cutting, milling, blocking, polishing, hydration, power checking, sterilization, visual inspection, primary packaging, and dispatch.
•Perform in-process checks based on pre-determined process parameters defined in BMR/BPR.
•Ensure the completeness and accuracy of cGMP documentation and verify online
•BMR/BPR entries. Conduct pre-dispatch quality checks according to standard procedures before the dispatch of finished goods.
•Participate in the investigation of non-conformances, market complaints, or failures and contribute to GMP compliance.
•Oversee the proper destruction of materials as per approved protocols.
•Release all OBD (Order Booking Dispatch) in SAP.
•Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Quality Assurance.
