Position : Research Scientist/ Senior Research Scientist
Qualification : PhD (Organic Chemistry/ Medicinal Chemistry)
Key Responsibilities:
•Design and execute multi-step organic synthesis reactions.
•Develop SAR understanding & medicinal chemistry knowledge.
•Develop and optimize synthetic routes for targeted compounds.
•Characterize organic molecules using spectroscopic techniques (NMR, IR, MS, etc.).
•Analyze and interpret research data, maintaining accurate laboratory records
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
•Stay informed about the latest developments in organic chemistry through literature review.
•Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on synthetic challenges.
•Prepare scientific reports, presentations and publications.
•Contribute to intellectual property development and follow IPR guidelines.
