Process Engineer (Scale Up)
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech - Chemical Engineer
Experience: 3 To 6 Yrs No. of Position: 5
Profile Brief:
Development of safe-scalable cost-effective processes in the Kilo Lab / Pilot plant.
Support commissioning of processes at the commercial plant, which are developed in the KL/PP.
• Trouble shooting existing processes as per business / production requirement.
Should have worked in KL/PP and scale-up team.
• Should have worked on batch & continuous processes development in KL/PP.
Should be well versed with Basic Engineering calculations - Utility, solvent recovery - Mass balance & Energy balance.
Preparation of Process Flow Diagram & Block Flow Diagram, Layout & Equipment list and other scaleup documents.
