ampoules, tubular vials, glass syringes (PFS), cartridges and sterile solutions. For us, at SCHOTT POONAWALLA, "QUALITY" is not the most important thing. It is the only thing.
We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic candidates, possessing hands-on experience and strong technical skills whilst being a team player and having excellent communication skills, for the following vacancies for our manufacturing plant at Jambusar Plant.
1) VISION ENGINEER - PRODUCTION (SPPL/2024/09/002) - Î’.E-Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation or any other related field, having 0-3 years of experience. Preferred candidate will be responsible for setting of Vision Inspection System, Auto Pack Line and Automatic Box Filling System at packing area.
2) EXECUTIVE - PRODUCTION (SPPL/2024/09/003) - BPharm / BSc (with specialization in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology, having 1-2 years of relevant experience. Freshers can also apply. Preferred candidate should have experience related to SOP implementation, manage change control, ensure regulatory compliance in production, coordinating production-related activities, conducting training sessions, and analysing customer complaints to enhance our operational efficiency and product quality.
3) EXECUTIVE (SAP) - PRODUCTION (SPPL/2024/09/004) - BSc/BCA. with 1-3 years' experience in using MS excel, word, PowerPoint, reports, dashboards, Power BI, and other presentation/report tools.
4) EXECUTIVE - IPQC (SPPL/2024/09/005) - B.Sc. / M.Sc. with specialization in Chemistry, Microbiology, etc, having minimum 2 years of experience in Quality documentation. Preferred candidate will be responsible line clearance and first piece control activity, maintaining online BMR document, ensuring all equipment or instrument preparation, operation, cleaning, calibration, validation and maintenance as per the procedures.
5) ASSISTANT - IPQC (SPPL/2024/09/006) - Diploma Mechanical, Electrical / BSc Chemistry, Physics having minimum 1-3 years of experience in QA QC in any manufacturing industry. Preferred candidate will be responsible for sample collection from production, measuring parameters of products, etc.
6) EXECUTIVE-QA (SPPL/2024/09/007) - B.Sc./M.Sc. with specialization in Chemistry, Microbiology, etc having minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance. Preferred candidate should have experience in preparation of SOPs, handling customer audits, conducting trainings of GMP, GDP, ISO, and QMS system, etc.
7) EXECUTIVE-QC (SPPL/2024/09/008) - B.Sc./M.Sc- with specialization in Chemistry having minimum 3-5 years of experience in chemical laboratory of any pharmaceutical/ chemical industry. Preferred candidate will be responsible for conducting various chemical test, SOP preparation, data management in SAP.
