Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 6+ Years Exp. in Pharma Industry

Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting the planning and control of production and inventory management processes within the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient production flow, optimal inventory levels, and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning:

Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules based on demand forecasts, resource availability. and production capacity.

Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely execution of plans and resolve any scheduling conflicts.

Collaboration:

Work closely with supply chain, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with GMP and other relevant standards.

Participate in cross-functional meetings to align production plans with marketing and sales forecasts.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in production planning and inventory management.

Assist in training team members on PPIC best practices and tools.

Personal Attributes:

2) Manager - Warehouse

Job Location: Nandesari, Vadodara

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 8+ Years Exp. in Pharma Industry

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing Raw Material.

This role ensures compliance with industry regulations, optimizes inventory management, and leads a team to achieve operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations Management:
Oversee daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient and accurate handling of products.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve team performance.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process enhancements and lead initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Utilize data analysis to drive decisions and optimize warehouse operations.

Skills:
