We are inviting applicants for the role of Group Lead-Discovery Chemistry position with at least 10 years of CRO experience & outstanding synthetic chemistry background with an aptitude for medicinal chemistry. The candidate will be responsible for managing teams (PhDs and associates) in a matrixed organization & carry experience in leading several synthetic chemistry programs while collaborating with multiple clients. This role also requires experience in client engagement, with strong scientific communication skills, both written and verbal. The Group Lead will provide regular program updates and be responsible for the overall development of the reporting team leaders.
Key Responsibilities/ Technical/ Functional Skills:
