Profile:
Financial Reporting
Handle financial reporting for a listed entity, covering both India and foreign subsidiaries (standalone & consolidation). Must be proficient in Ind AS and US GAAP reporting standards, preparing reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Direct Taxes
Oversee direct taxation processes, including tax audits, income tax returns (ITR), transfer pricing, and IT assessments.
International Tax & Compliance
Ensure tax compliance and regulatory adherence for foreign subsidiaries in the USA and Europe.
Regulatory Compliances
Lead the company's compliance with RBI, ROC, Cost Audit, FEMA, SEZ, DGFT, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations.
