Experience: 2-10 Years relevant experience in CRO Industry
Work Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru
Skills Required:
Leading 5-15 FTEs and client interfacing experience is a mandate
Provide scientific guidance to team members for effective delivery of projects.
Effective resource and cost management.
Monitor and review project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards/timelines.
Ensure compliance and train the team members for both technical attributes and safety protocols.
Conduct regular scientific review meeting with the team.
