Job Profile:
➤Planning, Organising, monitoring and controlling all activities of microbiology laboratory.
➤ Providing necessary support for improvement of quality system.
➤Handling of internal, external, vendor and regulatory audit.
➤ Defining departmental employee roles and responsibilities.
➤Ensuring sampling, testing, and analysis in microbiology department.
➤ Review, control and maintain all the documents related to microbiology department.
Ensuring timely calibration of equipment and instrument in microbiology laboratory.
➤ Ensuring microbial controls are implemented and completed satisfactorily during manufacturing operations. 111
➤Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and yearly trends for water and environment monitoring.
➤Preparation, review and implementation of SOPs.
➤Handling of QMS activities related to microbiology department.
➤ Providing necessary support in development of employees of microbiology department.
➤Support in development of new analytical methods and simplification of present methods wherever applicable.
➤Ensure and monitoring of validation activities related to microbiology in the facility.
➤ Experience in handling of team.
