Job Profile:
➤ Handling of Utility Operation and Maintenance.
➤ Handling and execution of facility maintenance activities.
➤Planning and execution of planned preventive maintenance.
➤ Preparation and execution of utility, Facility maintenance procedures and other systems documentation.
➤ Design, Planning, documentation and execution of new project activities.
➤Compliance of All statutory and safety requirements of plant.
➤ Planning, execution and support in equipment/machine qualification / requalification.
➤ Support in handling of internal, external and regulatory audits.
Handling of maintenance activities related to water system & Plant.
➤ Monitoring of Utility operation on daily basis.
➤Communication and co-ordination with external vendors/approved agencies for any type of repairing/modifications/spares procurement in the equipment/machines.
➤ Preparation and implementation of SOPs.
➤ Handling of QMS related activities of Engineering Department.
➤ Monitoring, communication, co-ordination and compliance of statutory approval like boiler, Lifts, Electrical Inspection, District Supply Officer, DISH Office, MIDC, MPCB etc....
➤ Communication and co-ordination with purchase department for procurement of material.
➤ Preparation and review of qualification protocols.
➤ Experience in handling of team.
