1) Diploma Instrumentation Engineer (3 vacancies)
Diploma Instrumentation 2-8 years experience
Key Deliverables - Projects
•Concept to Commissioning - basic engineering, procurement, execution, installation, commissioning and closure of projects.
•Instrument index, IO List, specification sheets of process instruments. Control System Detailing.
•Execution scope. Instrument Calibration. Installation as per Hook-up's drawing.
•Documentation & statutory requirements. Instrument
•Calibration Procedures and Standards.
•Instrumentation Qualifications (IQ, OQ&PQ). Knowledge of SAP.
•Hazardous Area Classification.
2) Instrumentation Engineer (2 vacancies)
B.E/B.Tech Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication 2-8 years experience
Key Deliverables - Maintenance
•Maintenance - Preventive, Breakdown & Shutdown.
•Calibration
•Budget preparation. Sustenance of ISO standards QMS, EMS, OHSAS, GMP etc.
•Keep up the health of DCS/PLCS and field instruments.
•Spare part management - procurement, storage and usage. Statutory compliances.
•Experience in TPM will be an added advantage.
3) Plant Operator (15 vacancies)
ITI AOCP 2-5 years experience
Key Deliverables - Production
•Carry out all plant operations with proper safety using all necessary PPES.
•Follow all SOPs as defined in manual and guidelines of ISO (keep proper record of all ISO related documents like Checklist, BMRs, shift report book, etc., GMP & other applicable standards, maintain GHK & hygiene at workplace
•Monitor & maintain the storage condition of all consumables in plant and to perform safe handling of all INP drums/IBCs/bags in plant
•Inform DCS In-charge/seniors about deviation/abnormality (if any) in process parameters
