Position:  Officer - Production.

Qualifications  B.E. in Chemical Engineering

Location: Mahad, Maharashtra, India

Job Description:

• Proficiency in DCS/PLC is essential.
• Ensure all processes and operations are executed according to standard work instructions, procedures, and specifications.
• Organize and schedule shop floor activities in alignment with the production plan and delivery schedule.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in operations.
• Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), OHSAS, and inventory management systems.
• Manage logistics, shipping, receiving, delivery, and distribution, focusing on process improvement and problem resolution.
• Coordinate with supporting functions such as safety, QA/QC, ETP, Engineering, and Stores to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Prepare standing operating procedures and work instructions for the department.
• Initiate actions to prevent occurrences of non-conformity related to product, process, quality system, environmental management system, OHSAS, and regulatory compliance.
• Train subordinates based on identified training needs.
• Oversee the complete operation and maintenance of equipment in the production department.
• Calculate raw material consumption coefficients and yields.
