• Proven work experience in Process Engineering for a minimum of 15 years in a reputed organization and experience in working in Batch Process Industry is a must

• Collaborate with R&D for process optimization and scale-up.

• Prepare engineering packages (PFDs, energy/material balances, piping layouts).

• Lead technology transfer from lab to commercial scale.

• Analyze process safety data and incorporate safeguards.

• Use simulation software (ASPEN, MIXIT, DYNOCHEM, CHEMCAD).

• Design sustainable processes, including waste treatment.

• Ensure project schedules, budgets, and documentation are met.

• Support project cost estimation, risk analyses (HAZOP, JSA, etc.).

• Provide operating instructions and guidance to production teams
