Drive employee engagement activities at the Site.
Updating of ESI cards / PF details as per the statutory requirement.
Provide monthly/ annual reports, MIS, and analysis to Corporate HR and Leadership team on HR activities in the Plant, key initiatives, challenges, etc.
Implementation and completion of PMS by coordinating with all the key stakeholders.
