Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - TQM
Qualification : B.E/B. Tech. (Mechanical)
(First Class Mandatory without any backlog throughout education)
Experience : Exp. 3 to 8 years in the Manufacturing sectors like Automobile, Engineering & Auto parts manufacturing.
Job Profile
•Develop and implement quality management strategies to uphold high standards.
•Oversee autonomous maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
•Promote the 5S methodology to enhance workplace organization and efficiency.
•Coordinate the implementation of an Integrated Management System (IMS) aligning with ISO standards.
•Ensure continuous improvement and compliance across quality, environmental, and health & safety management systems.
•Train operators on autonomous maintenance techniques to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
