Job Profile
Preparation of IMS, SOP, GMP, QMS, Etc., Documents and review status.
Monitoring of all warehouse activities (Like Receipt, Storage, Dispensing, Housekeeping, etc.,) and review status.
Daily work distribution of employee as well as contract labour and monitor the status.
Monitor and review all warehouse activity records (Like Temperature & relative humidity record, controlled room temperature record and data logger records, Usage Logs, Balance Verifications record, etc.,) as per SOP.
Monitor and ensure the all warehouses readiness all time as per GMP and SOP.
To ensure safety & use of required personal protective equipment during day to day activities.
Maintain records of Legal and statutory compliance and review.
Co-Ordinate with production for Sales Return Product lying in stock.
