Requirement of Manpower for Manufacturing (Ampoule Filling)
Designation : Jr Operator or Executive or Sr Executive or Sr Operator.
Qualification: B. Sc, M. Sc, B. Pharma, or M. Pharma and B. Tech, Diploma(mech) or ITI(Fitter or Electrical)
Location : Hyderabad
Experience : 3 to 7 Years
No Of Positions: 10
Salary Range : 3 lpa to 7 lpa
Job Description :
1) Should have basic idea on aseptic operations (Ampoule filling)
3) Should have an idea on CIP & SIP
4) Control and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain desired line speed
5) Responsible for accurate production and packaging changeovers as per packaging schedule
6) Maintain a clean work area and clean equipment before and after shift.
7) Should be able handle line activities of Manufacturing of Injectable .
8) Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure production equipment runs efficiently.
9) Remove damaged products or supplies, as needed.
