Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 10+ years
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to drive sales and achieve business objectives for the OTC product portfolio.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and activities effectively.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights studies to identify market trends, customer needs and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and regulatory affairs to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
- Drive brand positioning, messaging, and creative development to enhance brand equity and differentiation in the market
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, advertising materials, and digital assets to support brand awareness and product promotion.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track performance against key metrics and KPIs.
- Monitor market dynamics, regulatory changes, and industry trends to adapt marketing strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, industry partners, and external agencies to enhance brand visibility and credibility
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns through performance analysis, ROI measurement, and market feedback.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and regulatory environment in the OTC healthcare sector.
- Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and omnichannel marketing strategies is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
