Education: BE in Chemical Engineering

Experience : 5+ years

Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled Senior Executive for our Production DCS team. Responsibilities include:
•  Planning and executing work programs to maximize efficiency.
• Meeting product delivery schedules as per plan.
• Coordinating with maintenance, QA, QC, and warehouse functions to ensure compliance.
• Managing GMP documents (BMR, deviation reports, SOPs) and coordinating product dispatch.
• Analyzing in-process samples and communicating results promptly.
• Supporting pre-validation and validation batches, and technology transfer from lab to plant.
• Training plant personnel on new processes.
• Ensuring safety and EHS compliance in the plant.
• Operating and monitoring all plant sections, control systems, pipelines, and mentoring junior staff.
• Reporting incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
