Position:Manager - Production
Location: Mahad, Maharashtra, India
Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma
Job Description:
- Daily Production Planning meeting with Subordinates to meet delivery schedule for dispatch.
- Manpower Requirement to be shared with HR so as to meet the expected output and Delivery Schedule.
- To Check the Raw Material and Packing Material availability as per the Plan.
- To monitor systems and processes on the shop floor and help in documentation related to production operations.
- Ensure Preventive Maintenance of the machines in the Production Dept.
- Ensuring Completion of monthly production plan w.r.t. availability of Raw Materials & Packing Materials
- To Check daily activities and control over the Deviations from the Standard Operating Processes, (SOP’s) and other laid down procedures
- To access gaps related to infrastructure, facility, efficiency, compliance and training to employees in these departments
- To determine internal and external QEHS issues as well as needs and expectations of relevant interested parties and monitor the same
- To implement QEHS policy & objectives
- Authorized to make decision in the workplace to eliminate or reduce the risk of occupational health and to enforce the safe work practices.
- Authorized to Investigate work place related Incidences, Near misses and Accidents.
- Authorized for reporting of Hazards, Incident, and Accidents and near miss Reporting.
- Authorized to prepare and review of OH&S performance document.
- Authorized to conduct training of employees and workmen related to OHSMS.
- To ensure participation and consultation of worker
- Ensure use of PPE
- To identify & communicate incidents, QEHS non conformities, investigate and take corrective actions on the same
- To ensure work permit system during maintenance activities.
- To implement QEHS continual improvement projects at site and monitor.
- To ensure disposal of waste
- Meeting with superior for production review, shortages, any other specific work.
- Responsible for manufacturing quality products and maintaining quality norms.
- Ensuring up keepment of Production areas and equipment.
- To enable and support systems compliance on the shop floor.
- Imparting training to colleagues / subordinates.
- To ensure avoidance of breach of data integrity at all levels.
- Authority to approve leave of subordinates and workmen.
- Planning and conducting review of performances of production sections and tracking the progress and communicating to higher management for discussion
- Co-ordination with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Planning, Purchase, Corporate Planning & Production Department for timely production & dispatches of FG.
- To maintain and comply with cGMP Rules and maintain Good Housekeeping.
- To co-ordinate among all Department Staff pertaining to respective activities and ensure smooth functioning of all Production.
- Ensure on line filling of BMR’s, BPR & GMP documents.
- Training to workmen and subordinates in c-GMP, Hygiene, SOP’s, Manufacturing Processes, Company Policies.
- Co-ordination with Machine manufacturers for purchase, services and modifications of equipment’s as per requirements.
- Procurement of new Machines and Change parts as per requirements.
- To ensure compliance to Safety Measures. Implementation and Documentation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 ,ISO 45000:2018, FSSC 22000 and PSCI audits.
- Setting of KRAs for all the subordinates.
- Performance Appraisal review of all the subordinates for half yearly and yearly basis.
- Preparation of departmental OPEX and CAPEX Budget.
- To prepare, modify documentation related to production operations.
