Qualification:  

Essential: B.E. / B. Tech (Metallurgy/Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic/Electronics) Chemical/Mechanical/

Preferred: M.E. / M.Tech (Metallurgy/ Electrical/ Mechatronic/Electronics) Chemical/

Work Experience:

• 20 Years of Experience in Solar Industry.
•  Experience in solar PV cell manufacturing or related industries, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Skills: 

• Proven track record in managing large- scale manufacturing operations and driving technological advancements.
• Excellent communication interpersonal skills Microsoft and Office, MinitabISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 Six Sigma, QC Tools, Kaizen, Statistical Process Control, TQM.
