Qualifications :

Essential : B.E. / B. Tech (Metallurgy/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Mechatronic/ Electronics)

Preferred : M.E. / M.Tech (Metallurgy/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Mechatronic/ Electronics)

Work Experience: 15 - 18 Years

Job Description :

• Working with different processes and equipment including Polysilicon Thermo-Fracturing Unit Functional Specification such as Thermal Fracturing Oven, Thermal Fracturing Quench Tank, Etching Machines, Wire Saw m/c, Chamfer m/c, Cropping m/c, Taper Grind m/c, Bridge Hole m/c, Chemical Supply Systems, setup, Harvester, Rod Manipulator, Product Sizing Tool, Vacuum Box Hoist, Box Taping Machine, Slim Rod/ Filament preparation, handing and transferring.
• Liaising with equipment vendors for installation and commissioning of equipment such as automated/ manual jaw crushers, conveyor system, automated storage system, etching machines, chemical scrubber and chemical supply systems, harvesting equipment and bell jar handling equipment.
• Maintenance & upkeeping of all the above-mentioned Equipment's. Preparation of CVD Reactors for new Batch startup within definite time frame.
• Timely completion of Harvesting & Product processing of CVD Rods for no. of Reactors being handled.
• Knowledge & Handling of various acids used in Product Handling such as HF, HNO3, Surfactant. Importance of Filament etching.
• Handling of etching chemical waste being generated. Yield losses in product handling process and technique to minimize the yield losses.
