Experience: 4-8 years in Chemical Engineering
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Plant Operations: Assist Section Heads in ensuring smooth and safe plant operations by coordinating with plant engineers of the ECH Plant. Evaluate and finalize the timely finalization of process equipment in coordination with engineering departments. Ensure smooth commissioning of equipment, prepare, and implement SOPs for various processes, and ensure timely and smooth startup of the plant.
- Daily Activities Coordination: Assist Section Heads in coordinating daily plant activities with different service engineering departments. Ensure optimal plant capacity utilization, critically review and analyze reasons for various plant performance, ensure set operation parameters and consumption norms, and monitor plant performance and critical process parameters on a day-to-day basis.
- Shutdown Planning: Assist Section Heads in planning for plant shutdown, executing shutdown jobs, and procuring materials through inventory control and warehouse management. Ensure SOPs are followed and facilitate maintenance departments to carry out all scheduled maintenance activities.
- Project Monitoring: Assist Section Heads in monitoring the progress of projects and de-bottlenecking critical areas. Ensure accident-free operations and compliance with all safety requirements as stipulated by the Factories Act and environment-related statutory requirements.
