Position: Assistant General Manager
- Regulatory & Product Stewardship
Function: Research & Development
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Registration of identified substances as per REACH legislation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals). To track, understand, brief the management and timely respond to all new requirements & communications of ECHA for REACH.
2. Facilitation of product stewardship for epoxy resins and related formulations. Updating the database and fulfilling customer requirement for MSDS in different foreign languages and other OH&S requirements.
3. Keeping track of latest RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements of various countries of interest.
4. Adhering to Regulatory Compliances. To update and understand new regulations and co-ordinate with regulatory bodies to fulfill their requirement.
5. Provide Training to scientific staff on REACH & related regulatory issues through In-house presentations.
Job Location : ABSTC Taloja, Navi Mumbai
Work Experience : 10 years in R&D | Regulations
Education : MTech | Ph.D. (Chemistry)
