1) Executive/Quality Assurance/Quality Control (OSD/Injectable/API)
Quality Control
Job Criteria: M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc.
1 to 5 years of experience.
Job Role:
Handle QC instruments like HPLC, LCMS, GC,UV- spectrophotometer, dissolution apparatus, KF, IPC-OES, IR spectrophotometer
Handle QMS activities and maintain lab records.
Ensure QC compliances and manage GLP activities.
Quality Assurance
Job Criteria:
M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc. 1 to 5 years of experience.
Job Role:
Perform area and equipment line clearance.
Perform process validation and cleaning validation.
Review BMR & BPR and manage shop floor QMS documents.
Ensure shop floor compliances and handle investigation.
Perform IPQA activity and manage the change control, deviation, Incident, OOS, CAPA etc., quality related documents of plant.
2) Technical Officer/Junior Executive/Executive-Production (OSD)
Job Criteria: M.Pharm/B.Pharm/DME/ITI with 1-5 years of experience.
Responsibilities: Manage blister packing and bulk bottle, Track and Trace, serialization and documentation
Handle machines like CAM, BQS, HONGA & UHLMANN.
3) Technical Officer/Junior Executive/Executive-Packing (OSD)
Job Criteria: M.Pharm/B.Pharm/DME/D.Pharm/ITI with 1-5 years of experience.
Responsibilities: Manage blister packing, bulk bottle, Track & Trace, serialization, and handle machines like CAM, BQS, HONGA & UHLMANN.
4) Junior Executive-Production (Injectable)
Job Criteria: Diploma/ITI with 1-5 years of experience.
Responsibilities: Handle manufacturing skids, Fedegari autoclaves, Isolator, lyophilizers, vial washing and tunnel, vial/ophthalmic /PFS filling and aseptic filtration, FFS, CIP/SIP, filters, microsphere refiner, active freeze drying System.
Execute manufacturing activities as per SOP, Operation, cleaning, sterilization, qualification and maintenance of solution preparation systems.
