Position: Production Manager - Injection
Location: Udaipur
Qualifications: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in injectable formulation
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee small volume injection manufacturing and packing activities.
- Meet production targets while adhering to regulatory norms.
- Ensure efficient utilization and productivity of manpower and machinery.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory documentation standards.
- Optimize resources and minimize waste/rejects.
- Collaborate with departments like engineering, QC, QA, and SCM.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Quality Index KPIs (batch failure, CAPA implementation, market complaints, lab errors).
- Experience with lyophilizer line is a must.
