Experience: 4 to 7 years (DCS Operation of CBFC boiler experience is must)
3. Boiler: Field Operation
Qualification: First Class Boiler Operator
Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience of CBFC Boiler
4. Instrumentation: Shift Technician
Qualification: Diploma Instrumentation (Regular Full Time)
Experience: 4 to 7 years
5. Technical Services: Engineer
Qualification: BE Chemical (Regular Full Time)
Experience: 3 to 7 years in Technical Services
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of mass balance, component balance, energy balance
- Chemical processes, unit operations (batch and continuous)
- Hazardous reactions, process engineering skills
- Basic process calculations (equipment sizing, line sizing, control valve sizing)
- Control philosophy, alarms and interlocks summary
- Process simulations using ASPEN and HTRI/EDR tools
