Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering
Experience: 7-10 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the process engineering of API manufacturing operations and ensure compliance with GMP activities.
- Collaborate with the plant/R&D team to commercialize scale-up processes.
- Adapt processes to fit the plant and ensure feasibility.
- Provide technical support to the production team and offer guidance for process improvements.
- Transfer R&D demo batches and ensure efficient execution of processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any process-related issues.
- Prepare and review technical documents, including SOPs and batch production records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Provide training and support to the production team.
- Maintain and update process documentation regularly.
