Key Responsibilities:
Project Lifecycle Management:
Oversee project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, & closure.
Kick-off and Coordination:
Host project kick-off meetings & schedule regular calls with customers & the scientific team.
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT):
Ensure projects are delivered on time to maintain high customer satisfaction & contribute to CSAT report enhancements.
Stakeholder Management:
Identify, engage, & manage relationships with all project stakeholders to ensure their needs & expectations are met.
Project Communication:
Develop & implement effective communication plans to ensure timely and clear communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring all I project information is accuratel efficiently distributed to relevant stakeholders internally & across collaboration. &
Project Management Tools:
Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project (MSP) or any other Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools effectively
