Qualification: B sc/M.sc (Chemistry) / B. Pharma
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control (API):
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and GxP requirements
- Experience with HPLC/GC and Chromeleon software
- Calibration of instruments like Balances, pH, KF, and potentiometry
- Proficiency with LIMS and Caliber LIMS software applications
- Knowledge of data integrity and CGMP requirements
- Familiarity with laboratory investigations
Skills:
- Proficiency in ALCOA++
- Analysis and reporting of stability/finished products and in-process samples
- Handling instruments like HPLC, Dissolution, KF, UV, FTIR
- Experience with tablets, capsules, suspension
- Maintain and update SAP/LIMS entries
- Calibration of instruments/equipment
- Experience in QAMS, Laboratory Incident/OOS/OOT management
- Management of stability samples and chamber
- Review/check documents against specifications and test methods
