• Oversee half of India's sales operations with consistent performance, growth, and positive P&L outcomes.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Demonstrate financial acumen and performance management.
• Provide strategic leadership and nurture stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain excellent KOL connections among Cardiologists, Endocrinologists, and Diabetologists.
• Drive innovative scientific initiatives and customer-centric activities.
