Location: Dahej, Gujarat, India
1.Position: Field Officer - Production (Batch Process Plant/Continuous Process Plant)_
Qualifications: BSc in Chemistry, Diploma, or MSc
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the plant as per SOP.
- Follow all safety and quality norms.
- Maintain and improve defined norms of raw materials and utilities.
- Comply with DCS officer instructions, ensuring no deviation from SOP.
- Fulfill QA requirements.
- Report abnormalities within stipulated timelines and as per hierarchy.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience handling hazardous/toxic chemicals and solvents in batch plants.
2.Position: Officer/Senior Officer (Plant Safety)_
Qualifications: Diploma, BSc (5+ years), BE/B.Tech (Chemical) with PDIS/ADIS
Experience: 5 to 9 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the work permit system.
- Report undesired events and first aid cases promptly.
- Develop and implement good health safety practices.
- Conduct monthly safety briefings on various topics in consultation with the Site Safety Head.
- Review, analyze, and identify root causes of near-miss incidents and report them accurately.
- 5 to 9 years of experience in plant safety, with a strong focus on compliance and safety practices.
3. Position: DCS Officer
Qualifications: Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Experience: Minimum of 6 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control plant operations via Distributed Control Systems (DCS) in continuous and batch process plants.
- Expertise in chlorination, fluorination, and HF processes with a strong focus on handling hazardous chemicals safely.
- Ensure safety compliance by strictly adhering to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Troubleshoot DCS issues to maintain plant efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate effectively with operators, engineers, and supervisors to ensure smooth and safe plant operations.
