Qualifications:
M.Pharma in Pharmaceutics
M.Tech in Cosmetics
MSc in Cosmetics
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in topical formulations development for leave-on and wash-off products
Key Responsibilities:
- Product development for cosmetic and commodity portfolios
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of batches in the lab
- Manage lab activities and ensure compliance with GMP standards
- Develop various dosage forms and maintain an understanding of polymer science
- Ensure packaging, stability requirements, and adherence to cosmetic regulations
Skills Required:
- Expertise in the development of topical formulations
- Knowledge of polymer science, GMP, and cosmetic regulations
- Strong understanding of packaging and stability requirements
