Position: Technical Safety Engineer

Location: Thane Office, Mumbai
Experience Required: 3 to 5 years
Responsibilities:
Preparation of Fire protection & detection design basis as per applicable codes & standards.
Fire water demand calculation, Fire zone layout & fire water network layout.
Preparation for P&IDs for fire water pumps, Hydrant networks, deluge spray systems, foam systems, clean agent systems.
Preparation of MTOs for fire protection system and fire water piping.
Preparation of Hydraulic calculations, F&G detector layouts, fire protection & Safety equipment layout.
Preparation of fireproofing schedule and layout, HAZ area schedule, escape & evacuation layout.
Knowledge of safe location venting.
Experience and skills in plant detailed engineering.
Knowledge of codes & standards like NFPA, OISD, & other global standards.
Prepare/review specifications of firefighting equipment pumps, hydrants, safety equipment, and detection systems.
Knowledge of instrumentation and electrical interface of firefighting systems.
Proficiency in Pipe net or any equivalent software.
