1) Profile : Lead Electrical Engineer
Qualification : Β.Ε. Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering
Experience : With 15-20 years
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure maximum uptime of manufacturing process equipment and auxiliary systems.
Troubleshoot and maintain HT/LT power distribution systems, including switchgear and safety systems.
Plan and execute power system shutdowns, Manage preventive maintenance and breakdowns for utilities like HVAC, UPS, and elevators
Troubleshoot and maintain process equipment, with knowledge of PLC and automation systems preferred.
Expertise in SAP-EAM Maintenance Module and Pharma GMP/GDP/Audit handling is a must.
Job Location : Nashik and Navi Mumbai
2) Profile: Technicians/ Machine Operators- HT Substation
Qualification : B.E./B.Tech Mechanical/Instrumentation or Diploma in Mechanical/Instrumentation
Experience : With 4-10 years
Hands on experience in pharmaceutical/biopharma industry with a focus on shift operations
Location : Rabale, Navi Mumbai & Nashik
3) Profile : Shift Engineers Mechanical/Instrumentation
Qualification : Diploma in Electrical or ITI
Experience :
Diploma holders :5-7 years in HT Substation equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
ITI: 10-15 years in HT Substation system maintenance.
4) Profile : Technicians/ Machine Operators - Electrical/Instrumentation/ Mechanical
Qualification : Diploma in Electrical/ Instrumentation/Mechanical or
Experience :
Diploma holders: 5-7 years in process equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
ITI: 10-15 years in process equipment maintenance and trouble shooting
Location : Nashik
5) Vaccines R&D
Profile : Research Fellow/ Research Scientist/ Sr. Research Scientist
Qualification : M.Sc./B.E/M.Tech (Biotechnology/Biochemistry/ Biochemical/Microbiology) Engineering/Bioprocess Engineering
Experience : With 2-9 years of experience Hands on experience in Virus Propagation/Cell-culture/ Protein Purification/Immuno-analytical Methods/ Microbial Fermentation and Molecular Biology etc. Experience in human vaccines development will be preferred
6) Veterinary Vaccines (Manufacturing)
Profile : Executive/ Senior Executive
Qualification: MVSC Biotechnology/Virology/ Microbiology M.Sc./B.E/M.Tech Biotechnology/Microbiology/ Biochemistry/Biochemical/ Engineering/Bioprocess Engineering
Experience : With 3-6 years Hands on experience in Virus Propagation/Cell Culture/ Protein Purification/Immuno-analytical Methods/ Microbial Fermentation/ Molecular Biology etc.. Experience in veterinary vaccines development will be preferred.
