Sovereign Pharma is a part of Dadachanji Group companies and is a quality-focused and WHO-GMP Geneva certified manufacturing facility for terminally sterilized and aseptically filled injectables, in Ampoules, Vials (Liquid and Lyophilized), Pre-fill Syringes, and Sterile Pre-crimped Cartridges. Sovereign Pharma was established in Daman in the year 2003 as a Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO), supplying quality products to companies worldwide. With a production capacity of around 350 million pieces per annum, Sovereign Pharma manufactures and sells over 1 billion injection doses annually.
1) Department: QA - RA
Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. / Diploma in RA
Professional Experience: 6 years of experience in preparation, review, and submission of WHO, GMP & COPP applications to Indian drugs Authority. FSC, MMC, NCC, GLP as per client’s requirement to the Indian drugs Authority. Plan layout application, public testing laboratory application & list of equipment technical staff to Indian drugs Authority. Preparation of validation schedule, BMR, BPR, MFR, PM application, GLP Certificate & other relevant documents.
2) Department: QA - CSV
Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Educational Qualification: M. Pharm / B. Pharm / B. Tech / M. Tech
Professional Experience: 5 to 6 years of related experience and knowledge of Computer System Validation of Products, Preparation of CSV documents as per regulatory requirements, Knowledge on CSV guidelines i.e. GAMP 5, EU Annex 11, etc. Execution of CSV protocols for various equipment & software, Compilation of data of the qualification & preparation of the report.
3) Department: QC (Micro)
Position: Sr. Officer
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Microbiology
Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in EM, Water and RM, MLT Analysis, BET Analysis, Bioassay Analysis, etc.
4) Department: QC (Chemical)
Position: Officer
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc.
Professional Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience and having knowledge of raw material analysis, finished product analysis, qualification & calibration of laboratory instruments, SOP preparation, change control, deviation management, and knowledge of LIMS, DMS, and QMS, etc.
5) Department: Engineering
Position: Officer / Executive
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electrical / B.E. Electrical
Professional Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience, able to handle shift duty and maintain all PM records & documents related to cGMP. Able to manage day-to-day mechanical aspects of a project & scope, able to maintain breakdown maintenance records in SAP. Supervise daily maintenance and operation activity.
6) Department: Engineering
Position: Executive
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electrical / B.E. Electrical
Professional Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience, able to supervise the breakdown and preventive maintenance activity of DG sets, transformers, and all electrical panels, able to manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project & scope, able to maintain breakdown maintenance records in SAP. Supervise daily maintenance and operation activity, adhere to all related SOPs and policies.
7) Department: EHS
Position: Manager
Educational Qualification: M.Sc., Post Diploma (Industrial Safety & Environment Management), MBA (Safety Management)
Professional Experience: 7 years of experience in EHS. To ensure that personnel working in the Company are in compliance with the Company’s environmental and legal requirements. To prepare and manage emergency plans with necessary training and documents. Hazardous waste management & environment management as per statutory requirements. Assessment of EHS impacts and risks and investigation of accidents and incidents. Compliance with cGMP & other audit requirements. Annual planning and budgeting of EHS activities.
